In my opinion, some ideas are true, but some are not appropriate. If you ask doctor, they must say that don't do it frequently, or otherwise hurt yourself. Especilly, the 8. Sex Reduces Prostate Cancer Risk. I read an information long time ago. It mentioned masturbation or having sex frequently can cause prostate problem. Anyway, It is not offensive.
